Coming to an end months of World War II, Adelaide Garrett Krupp arms factory and R & D E Series 105 mm self-propelled howitzer, the tank is installed in the 38D based on the V12 engine, chassis, body with light armor, combat weight 15 tons, to ensure a higher mobility. Built out until the end of the war only a few more prototypes.
